  • Provide ongoing coaching to service providers
  • Manage business needs, including staff development and studio upkeep

**Compensation Package:** A competitive salary of **$40,000 + bonus potential**, including full benefits (Blue Cross Blue Shield Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days) and opportunities for advancement in a positive work environment.
