At Ensemble Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our special education department, you will work closely with students requiring instructional and behavioral assistance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively elicit and provide information, and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively with teachers, supervisors, and clients.

About the Role
  • Facilitate teacher-directed learning activities, including lesson plans, reinforcement systems, small groups, social games, and work assistance.
  • Support students in achieving their individualized IEP goals, managing behavioral deficits and excesses, and providing transitional services.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of background screening and onboarding process.
