At Right At School, we're passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential. As an Educational Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum, engaging children in academic and social character-building activities that expand school day learning.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs that foster a love of learning and promote social development.
  • Organize program materials, document attendance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program execution and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school personnel to build strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old.
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, or a related field are preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and pass pre-employment proficiency tests.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20-$22 per hour (based on education and experience).
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesdays 12:30pm-6:00pm.
