Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Medical University of South Carolina. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Assist patients with basic hygiene, bathing, and feeding functions.
  • Obtain vital signs and document findings.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant Certification or Patient Care Technician certificate.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
