Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess patient needs and provide tailored recommendations on cannabis products, including flowers, edibles, and concentrates.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
- Stay informed about the latest cannabis products, industry trends, and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to patients.
- Document patient interactions and concerns in the appropriate systems to maintain comprehensive records.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver compassionate and empathetic service to all patients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Build and nurture relationships with patients to enhance their experience and loyalty to our dispensary.
Compliance and Safety:
- Verify patient identification and ensure all transactions adhere to state compliance policies.
- Advise patients on safe consumption practices and maintain a professional environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a thorough background check.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail or cannabis sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills is essential.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to ongoing learning.
