Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying resident needs and developing effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor resident progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, with multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
