About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing at Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the nursing department to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure they meet the center's standards.
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement.
Requirements
  • Valid unencumbered RN State License.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
