Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Resource Team as a Full-Time Clinical Resource Nurse. This role will involve providing clinical expertise and leadership to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve productivity across all nursing units, setting a positive example for colleagues.

  • Utilize clinical and leadership skills to assess patient conditions and situations hospital-wide, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Round on call clinical areas, providing assistance, oversight, and serving as a key administrative resource.

Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

  • Minimum of two years' hospital nursing experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Current Kansas Registered Nurse licensure.
