Position Overview:
As a Desktop Support Engineer at Mon Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding technical assistance within a healthcare environment. Your expertise will ensure that our end-users receive the support they need to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for a range of end-user devices, including PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and medical carts.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance tasks both remotely and on-site to resolve technical issues.
  • Set up and deploy new end-user equipment, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
  • Engage in projects that influence the deployment and management of end-user technology.
  • Understand the implications of technology on patient care and adjust priorities accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Preferred: A+, Network+, MCDST, or similar certifications.
  • At least one year of experience in Windows and desktop support.
  • Proficient in diagnosing PC issues and managing help desk inquiries.
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
Medium Work
Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.
