**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team. As a Tax Senior, you will work directly with other BNN tax professionals, our clients, and other advisors to prepare federal and state income tax returns. You will also utilize tax research tools to help determine the proper tax treatment of a variety of client transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide high-caliber client service and work collaboratively with other BNN professionals
  • Manage tax engagements to a successful and efficient completion
  • Converse comfortably and professionally with various levels of client management
  • Meet deadlines while meeting or exceeding quality requirements
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of tax preparation at both the federal and state levels
  • Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in resolving problems and preparing analyses
  • Prioritize workload and assist staff in developing prioritization skills
  • Motivate staff via professional and technical reputation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
**Requirements**
  • Two or more years' experience in taxation with a public accounting firm
  • Masters or other form of 150 college credit hours with requisite accounting-related courses
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
