Position Overview: Meraki Medical Staffing is seeking a board certified or board eligible Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist to become part of a collaborative two-hospital practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the current pathologist and Medical Director, contributing to the advancement of the pathology departments.
Practice Highlights:
- Annual caseload includes:
- 8000 surgical specimens
- 1000 non-GYN cytology samples and fine needle aspirations
- 8000 Pap smears
- 3-5 frozen section evaluations weekly
- 3-5 ultrasound-guided or EBUS fine needle aspirations weekly
- No autopsy responsibilities are required.
Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of independently signing out pathology cases. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.
