Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing Commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to grow the business by maintaining a customer-focused service.

Responsibilities
  1. Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
  2. Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
  3. Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets.
  4. Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
