Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitor Technician to join our team at North Carolina Division Office. As a Cardiac Monitor Technician, you will be responsible for observing telemetry monitors, recognizing and documenting rhythm tracings, and continuously monitoring Cerner Patient Observer CPO to prevent adverse events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe telemetry monitors continuously to recognize and document rhythm tracings
  • Monitor Cerner Patient Observer CPO to prevent adverse events, including patient falls, patient elopement, patient safety, and visitor monitoring
  • Proactively alert nurses and other caregivers to prevent adverse events
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment, such as CNA, EMT, or other related areas
  • Completion of dysrhythmia course (preferred)
