Compensation

During Training: $35,000 / year (Average salary plus bonuses)

Post-Training: $60,000 - $80,000 / year (Average salary plus bonuses)

Office Hours

Monday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on operational demands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gain expertise in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate services through various communication channels
  • Encourage additional product offerings to better serve both new and existing clients
  • Reach out to clients for payment reminders and arrangements
  • Assist the Branch Manager in surpassing established branch objectives
  • Learn and support management responsibilities, including delegating tasks and reviewing loan documentation
  • Become proficient in all management aspects such as recruitment, staff development, performance evaluation, and leadership

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion to management, with consideration given to your relocation preferences
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and credit evaluation.
