Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Manager to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a key member of our Water group, you will be responsible for managing and leading water resources projects, including hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, design, and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead water resources projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement hydrologic and hydraulic models to evaluate and design waterway structures, locks, dams, and flood risk management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, technical proposals, and construction documents.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in water resources engineering.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state where office is located, or ability to obtain.
  • 8-10 years of experience in water resources engineering, with a focus on hydrology and hydraulics.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
