Position Summary:

We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to facilitate the recruitment of qualified candidates for our academic programs. This role operates in a HYBRID capacity, with responsibilities both on campus and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students regarding program details, admission criteria, and academic standards, encouraging qualified individuals to schedule interviews.
  • Promptly return communications from potential students, providing accurate information about our offerings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage interested candidates, as proactive outreach is a critical component of this role.
  • Participate in organized outreach initiatives, adhering to company best practices.
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities while managing existing inquiries.
  • Follow up with candidates who have not scheduled interviews or have withdrawn from the process.

Interview Process:

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with prospective students, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding financial aid discussions.
  • Utilize approved materials during interviews and adhere to established procedures.
  • Meet with candidates to discuss program offerings, aligning their needs with the college's advantages.
  • Facilitate meetings between candidates and admissions management to ensure comprehensive understanding of student motivations.

Guidance and Support:

  • Provide essential information and guidance to students regarding program eligibility and admissions procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between students and the institution, assisting with enrollment documentation and compliance.
  • Mentor students to help them identify their skills and interests.
  • Address routine inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions activities.
  • Complete daily reports on admissions efforts.
  • Ensure timely completion of pre-enrollment paperwork.
  • Keep all records up to date and accurate.
  • Participate in required training sessions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or admissions.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate key company behaviors.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
