Job Overview

Marvin is seeking a seasoned marketing operations professional to lead the development and enhancement of our marketing infrastructure, processes, and analytics capabilities. As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing processes and technology to propel growth, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage workflow processes and tools to streamline marketing operations and elevate productivity.
  • Lead quarterly prioritization conversations with the Marketing Leadership Team to ensure alignment on priorities and identify resource needs.
  • Oversee tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing department workflow, capacity, and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology stack to enhance marketing effectiveness and data analytics.
  • Maintain process and marketing playbook documentation for consistency, risk management, and functional efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and company-wide objectives and roadmaps.
  • Lead a team of marketing operations experts to support the implementation and utilization of marketing processes, technology, and platforms.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in resource or operations management within a marketing organization or creative agency.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, organizing information, thinking critically, communicating effectively, and working as part of a team.
  • Proactive and positive work style with the ability to simplify and socialize effort and results.
  • Experience implementing and managing marketing technology platforms and solutions in large, matrix organizations.
