Job Title: Market Service Manager

UniFirst is seeking a skilled Market Service Manager to oversee the operation aspects of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and account growth.



The ideal candidate will lead a team of Route Service Managers, Route Service Supervisors, and Route Service Representatives, delivering top-notch service to multiple customers daily.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team performance in customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with location management to provide exceptional customer service and product programs
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals


Requirements:




  • Business savvy with a focus on innovation and profit growth
  • Results-driven relationship manager with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer service situations
  • Strong computer proficiency and leadership skills
  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred
