**Job Description:

Mortgage Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Modeling Specialist to lead our mortgage analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematical concepts and programming, with experience in developing and implementing interest rate models, mortgage prepayment models, and default models. Your expertise in C++ and software engineering principles will enable you to enhance our proprietary quantitative library and improve system performance.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement advanced mathematical models to support mortgage business operations
  • Enhance our proprietary quantitative library in C++
  • Improve system performance and team productivity through code optimization and process improvements

**Requirements:*

  • 5+ years of experience in Quantitative Analytics
  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science)
