About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Quantitative Financial Modeling Specialist to join our team at Flagstar Bank. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced financial models used in risk measurement and management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain quantitative financial models used in risk measurement, income simulations, balance sheet management, or asset valuations.
  2. Analyze model output, synthesize information, and communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior managers and executives.
  3. Test established models, including back-testing, benchmarking, sensitivity testing, and scenario analysis.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions.
Requirements
  • Mastery of finance concepts, programming languages, and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $84,878.04-$112,463.40-$140,048.77 per year.
