Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Banner Health in Page, Arizona. As a per diem opportunity, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule while providing high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery department. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that meets the physical, emotional, and educational needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between departments
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • RN license in good standing in the state of Arizona
  • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or related field
  • BLS certification required
