Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in a Short-Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, addressing patient concerns and needs in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Transport patients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting, with the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
