About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Associate to join our team at New Freedom Behavioral Health. As a Safety Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Monitoring: Monitor the facility and grounds to ensure the safety of all members, staff, and guests.
  • Patrols and Reporting: Complete a minimum of one interior and one exterior patrol as assigned, with each patrol including the expected number of pictures and comprehensive notes required. Complete detailed and prompt reporting and documentation of any/all incidents that occur on shift.
  • Front Desk Operations: Operate and monitor the front desk by checking in/out staff and visitors according to company policy.
  • Delivery and Drop-off Management: Ensure the responsible searching, securing, and documenting of all deliveries and drop-offs.
  • CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras within the facility to ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of members and staff.
  • Member Support: Respond to requests for assistance/support from staff and members, as needed. Provide members and staff with support and assistance at intake and/or discharge, as needed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Enforce applicable member/staff-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with monitored urinalysis/drug testing of members, as needed and per company protocols. Assist departments with member interactions, including locating and escorting members to designated areas. Assist with Fire and Life Safety monitoring and logging. Act as the first point of contact with law enforcement and first responders. Assist clinical departments with Room Wellness Assessments as needed.
