Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant-LTC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant-LTC to join our team at Scout Exchange. As a Certified Nursing Assistant-LTC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure residents' needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to residents.

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oregon.
  • 1 year of experience working with seniors in a long-term care setting.
  • Ability to work a 13-week contract with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work a mid-shift schedule with rotating weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
