Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Mt. Angel, Oregon. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, particularly those with cognitive behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Provide basic care and support to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in skilled long term care or transitional care
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate block scheduling
