Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • At least one year of experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant, with manufacturer experience preferred.
  • Above-average energy level and a strong desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
  • Bilingualism preferred but not required.
  • Personal and professional integrity, with a strong commitment to ethics and customer satisfaction.
