We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our store's offerings and driving sales growth.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support store events, and participate in visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
