Job Summary

Food Lion is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to maintain high standards of quality and safety in our stores. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by adhering to Food Lion's standard practice manual.
  • Minimize shrink through proper utilization of standard practice.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Collaborate with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
