Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records, including patient information and medication lists.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a retail environment; prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems.
