Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver-Retail to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. As a key member of our retail pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering customer purchases in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent.
  • Pack and prepare items for home/business delivery.
  • Schedule delivery routes in the most efficient manner to ensure timely delivery with minimal travel required.
  • Collect payments from customers, including cash, check, and charge transactions.
  • Accurately make change.
  • Inform patients of prescription counseling services when delivering prescriptions.
  • Process receipts upon completion of delivery.
  • Ensure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicles.
  • Replenish delivery supplies as needed.
  • Greet customers using an appropriate greeting and maintain customer service levels as needed.
  • React to potential shoplifters following company policy.
  • Stay current with all State and Federal requirements related to employment conditions.
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.
  • Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (for Vermont employees only).
  • Preferred: 0-2 years of previous experience in a related position.
Compensation

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors, including relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
