As an intern in Outsourcing & Resource Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively participating as a team member by identifying opportunities to assist colleagues and supporting the team's overall objectives.
  • Conducting research and performing qualitative analyses to present findings to the team or clients.
  • Utilizing various tools, including MS Excel, to conduct quantitative analyses.
  • Collaborating with team members and clients at all levels, managing expectations for client project teams.
  • Receiving training on a range of electronic tools.
  • Assisting clients in evaluating best practices in cloud computing, technology, accounting systems, and workflow processes.
  • Creating accounting workflow and process flowcharts for current and recommended new processes.
  • Documenting accounting policies and procedures for client businesses.
  • Supporting the documentation of client assessments and presenting recommendations.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliations, including process documentation.
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and developing improved process documentation.
  • Engaging with regulatory compliance, excel modeling, and pivot tables.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance; CPA pursuit is preferred.
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and confidence in representation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
