Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Direct and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Schedules: Create and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Oversee the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to meet the needs of the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct Quality Control Inspections: Regularly inspect the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in custodial or housekeeping management preferred.
