At Resorts World New York, we are seeking a skilled Cafe Bistro Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare, season, and garnish all food to meet our company's specifications and standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products.
- Recipe Execution: Follow all recipes, specs, and control procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary area at all times, adhering to health regulations and safety standards.
- Guest Service: Assist guests with requests and report any mishaps in the kitchen.
- Age and Education: Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
