About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at the Central Garage. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and general repair tasks on various vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment, including safety compliance checks.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions on vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist more experienced technicians with larger repair projects.
  • Rebuild or repair components on various types of vehicles.
  • Fabricate parts and special tools as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in an appropriate mechanical specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CDL with appropriate endorsement.
  • Knowledge of machine shop practices, welding, and metal working techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
