**Job Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be part of our Communications and Engagement Division, responsible for developing and implementing communication and outreach plans to achieve strategic objectives.

The role requires the candidate to:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to achieve co-creation of solutions
  • Review and integrate engagement outcomes with media and online workstreams to achieve impactful communication outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective engagement and communications strategies
  • Conduct data analysis to inform engagement and communications decisions

**Requirements:**

At least 3-5 years of work experience in engagement and communications, preferably with experience in media and online communications

Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing effective engagement and communications strategies

Strong interpersonal, report writing, presentation, and analytical skills

Ability to converse, write, and translate in vernacular languages

Keen interest in current affairs, public communication, media, and online media channels

Social media savvy and up-to-date with new digital trends
