Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through our specialized financial planning process, crafting personalized plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning sessions with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop tailored plans to achieve them.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans that incorporate fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance to create well-rounded financial solutions.
- Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support and advice to ensure clients' financial goals are met.
- Utilize strong sales and closing skills to turn prospects into long-term clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your expertise and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Licenses: Active Life and Health Insurance License, Active Series 65 or 66 License.
- Experience: Some experience in financial advising or a related field is preferred. Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
- Skills: Strong sales, closing, and communication skills. Must be reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
