Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a world-class experience to our clients, answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients.
- Sales and Marketing: Passionately promote our spa services, including massage, facial, and hair removal treatments.
- Appointment Management: Communicate with our Service Provider team to maximize appointment bookings.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance-based goals, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a base hourly rate of $15.00, plus uncapped commission structure on membership sales.
