SalaryThe projected monthly compensation for this position is between $18,000 and $20,000+
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Physician to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care services to patients in various facilities within your designated territory.
You will diagnose patient conditions via physical examination and/or telemedicine, perform medical procedures such as debridement as necessary, and communicate with facility clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Our Physicians play a vital role in facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed, and documenting each patient encounter in our electronic medical record system (EMR) - APRIMA.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- MD, DO, PA, or CRNP degree
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- DEA license
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
