Media Investment Associate

At ICON International, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Media Investment Associate to join our team. This role will report to the VP Director of Print/OOH and will be responsible for providing support to supervisors on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisors with media buying tasks and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Input and maintain media schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track materials, monitor creative delivery, and distribute proof of performance reports to the buying team.
  • Meet deadlines and timelines on projects while maintaining good organizational skills.
  • Schedule meetings with vendors and manage the calendar for the Print/OOH team.
  • Liaise with the billing department to assist with billing inquiries.
  • Support the team on internal projects for various ICON marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of media experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
