We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Levy, a member of Compass Group USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of concession stand staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
