Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of concession staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
