We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Defiance Primary Care Clinic. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Responsibilities- Provide technical nursing care to pediatric patients, including administering medications, performing venipunctures, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with RN Care Managers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and maintain a beginning awareness of research and participate in unit-based research and evidence-based practice evaluations.
- Graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Satisfactory completion of orientation objectives as determined by the manager.
