The Healthcare Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Case Management team, including data entry, telephone support, and scheduling appointments. You will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Key responsibilities include:
Initial review of assigned case levels to assist in Case Management assignment.
Reviewing data to identify principal member needs and working under the direction of the Case Manager to implement care plan.
Scheduling member visits with team members as needed.
Screening members using Molina policies and processes, assisting clinical Case Management staff as they identify appropriate medical services.
Coordinating required services in accordance with member benefit plan.
Promoting communication, both internally and externally, to enhance effectiveness of case management services.
Processing member and provider correspondence.
