  • Capture business requirements and establish metrics to assess achievement.
  • Streamline existing business processes to enhance productivity across business units.
  • Design scalable business processes that support teams throughout the organization.
  • Communicate business requirements effectively to technical teams, guiding other analysts and providing constructive feedback to ensure scalable solution designs.
  • Maintain regular updates on project statuses and liaise with all stakeholders impacted by the project.
  • Engage in project discussions and act as a consultant to guide business stakeholders in selecting appropriate solutions that align with long-term objectives.
  • Represent SaaS Engineering in design discussions with business stakeholders and other teams.
  • Research industry best practices and develop guidelines for the team to adhere to.
What You Will Contribute
  • Experience collaborating with technical and functional teams, preferably in a leadership capacity, with a history of mentoring teams to implement optimal solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in an operational capacity, with some exposure to project or change management.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle ERP, SAP), including:
    • Multiple implementations.
    • Automation and customization for highly scalable solutions.
    • Comprehensive understanding of financial and Order Processing modules and processes.
    • Strong expertise in General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, and Inventory management.
    • Experience with month-end activities in financial systems.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (BOOMI, Informatica, etc.) and other applications (Salesforce, COUPA, Zuora Billing and Revenue) commonly used in enterprise architectures.
  • Ability to design and architect process flows for comprehensive business processes, optimizing existing workflows and ensuring proper exception handling.
  • Capability to drive process changes and reverse engineer processes as necessary.
  • Extensive experience in reporting.
