About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team at Massage Envy Northville. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality skin care services to our clients, including facials, body treatments, and other skin care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
  • Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
  • Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
  • Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under your belt
  • Meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state
  • Be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors
  • Be a well-skilled professional with a passion for helping others look and feel their best
  • Be thirsty for knowledge and seeking ongoing training to build on your skin care mastery
  • Be a clear communicator who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service
  • Be a total body care champion who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals
  • Be a great teammate who shows up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done
