We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Massage Envy Northville. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and delivering high-quality skincare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs, within scope of practice and licensing guidelines.
  • Customize facial and body treatments to craft truly personalized sessions and recommend a home-care regimen to achieve desired results.
  • Safeguard the client experience, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold our commitment to safety.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work.
  • Meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and pass a background and reference check.
  • Thirsty for knowledge, seeking ongoing training to build on skin care mastery.
  • Clear communicator who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
  • Total body care champion who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
  • Great teammate who shows up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
