QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Occasional reaching to shoulder height or above while lifting 30 lbs.
  • Standing and walking required for the entirety of the shift.
  • Meet the volume activity standards set for the department.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting of produce items at or above waist level.
  • Use hands for tactile tasks; utilize tools for opening boxes or preparing and cleaning produce.
  • Capability to handle various substances related to cleaning and food products.
  • Tolerance for working in cooler temperatures for short durations.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
  • Execute stocking, culling, and rotation tasks according to established protocols.
  • Prepare all products (trimming, packaging, weighing, etc.) in line with quality standards.
  • Conduct cleaning tasks as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain the highest product quality standards to align with departmental strategies.
  • Achieve productivity benchmarks as defined in management plans.
  • Enhance product knowledge across various departmental areas.
  • Recognize achievements and embody core behaviors: Be There, Make It Easy, Add Something To Their Day, and Be the Difference.
  • Support the training of fellow associates and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.
