Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $73,450 and $130,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing treatment plans as directed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and facilitate discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes, adhering to hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in Nursing.
  • An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical or similar setting, preferably with clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
