Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain production flow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
