Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor and maintain production flow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
