Job Summary

Zobility is seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding processes and equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to injection molding processes and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records of problem-solving efforts, communicate results with team members, and document deviations from established procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize production disruptions.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards, analyze operations for improvements, and recommend changes to the Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new associates on process controls and monitor their performance.
  • Mold Change Program: Monitor and oversee mold change program loading and set-ups, ensuring proper methods are followed to produce high-quality parts.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience with injection molding required, 3+ years in a similar role preferred.
